Application

Dithiophosphate 25 has both collecting and foaming performances. It is an effective collector of lead, copper, silver sulfide ore and activated zinc sulfide ore. It is often used in the separation flotation of lead and zinc. The product has a weak collecting ability for pyrite and other sulfide ores under the alkaline condition, but in neutral or acidic medium, it is a strong non-selective collector of all sulfide ores. Under certain conditions, it also has certain collecting effect on heavy metal oxide ore. Since the product is only slightly soluble in water, it must be added to the adjustment tank or ball mill in its original form.

It has both collection and foaming properties, and is an effective collector for sulfide ores of lead, copper, silver, and sulfamate, as well as activated zinc sulfide ores. It is commonly used in the preferential separation flotation of lead and zinc. In alkaline circuits, its collection ability for pyrite and other sulfide ores is weak, but in neutral or acidic media.

It is a powerful non selective collector for all sulfide ores, and as it is only slightly soluble in water, it must be added in its original form to the adjustment tank or ball mill.
